Ever since Tom can remember he has had a love of music and musical theatre.

Aside from performing Tom has a love of the Lakeland Fells. Whenever the opportunity arises, he heads to the Lakes, hoping to "bag" another Wainwright! Recently he participated as crew on a Tall Ship, and is eager to go again (and again...)

He completed his Diploma in Performing Arts: Musical Theatre at Gateshead College. He has been involved with many local shows for over ten years including a number of lead roles. He has performed at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, People's Theatre, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Phoenix Theatre, Blyth, Northumberland, as well as various smaller venues. He has performed in a number of TV and Film productions, and voiceover (Vic Voltage).

Tom began singing lessons as a teenager at the Northern Music Centre. More recently he has been tutored by Tony St John. He is now focussing his attention on developing his solo singing career. He has performed at locations around the North East in restaurants, theatres, golf clubs and hotels to great acclaim. Anna Reay has also been and continues to be a great source of help and inspiration.
